In 2022, Devana Partners emerged from the confluence of two veteran executive search practitioners on a mission to turn the tides of commercial real estate. With deep experience gained while enduring multiple real estate cycles, shared values, and inspiration from its namesake Devana - the Goddess of the Hunt - Amy St. Denis and Kara Sugimoto joined forces, multiplying the significance behind their talents and experiences.
Together, Amy and Kara leverage sophisticated recruiting approaches by connecting the art and science of search, broadening their geographic reach from coast to coast, deepening their sub-specialties within the functional disciplines of technology and capital markets, and advocating for the continued advancement of diversity in the commercial real estate industry.
